Just started working with it and thought it was too late to call. Working perfectly. But there’s a story to tell you about why the midi pitchbend and mod wheel weren’t working…I found the answer. Had nothing to do with the Moog. A friend bought me this little synth called the Pocket Piano and I was connecting the Moog to the computer through that synth’s midi through jack. Well when I hooked up the Moog just now, the midi pitchbend didn’t work and I immediately guessed what had been happening. That damn little Pocket Piano was only passing midi note on. Haven’t ever seen a synth with midi through do that. Weird. Sorry for the added anxiety! Moral is…Never doubt Ken Rich, Never doubt Ken Rich, Never doubt Ken Rich…… Two pics below. “Ken, The other day our Music Director (Tariqh Akoni) and Keyboardist (Mark Stephens) asked me to play our “Ken Rich” 1973 Fender Rhodes and 1959 Hammond C3 Organ (Grandma) while they sat out at the Front of House mixing desk and listened to them in a large arena. I started off by playing the Rhodes, nice simple progressions, but using the dynamic capability that only you can put in a Rhodes. The sound was stellar! Then I moved on to the Hammond C3, once again simple but dynamic. The guys couldn’t believe how good it all sounded.
